Day 21, Thursday
Towards Cajon Pass Today was a beautiful day for hiking. It was one of those days where you can look behind you and see how far you've gone in a single day. The trail went up to Silverwood Lake and around it, and then up a big incline to see the next challenge tomorrow. Silverwood Lake turned out to be a lot bigger than expected. The good thing though was a picnic area that had clean water and real flushing restrooms with sinks. Tomorrow is a big day since the trail crosses a McDonalds which I should get there by lunchtime. 2 snakes observed.
